The Intergovernmental Working Group of the United Nations Human Rights Council that is negotiating a Binding Treaty on Transnational Corporations and Human Rights is holding its fourth session in Geneva, Switzerland. In the process that started in 2014, this is the first time negotiations are taking place based on a specific text, known as the “Draft Zero”. Several social movements and organizations are present in Geneva to mobilize and push in favor of the new treaty.
