  • CLIMATE CHANGE COP25

In 2019, social movements and organizations from Chile began organizing the Peoples’ Summit, which would take place in parallel to the UN climate change summit, ‘COP25’, in Santiago. Following massive popular mobilizations in Chile in October and November, and the subsequent move of the COP to Madrid, Chilean organizations decided to carry out their Summit anyway. Real World Radio will travel to Chile for special coverage of the event. At the same time, we will share the voices of social movements and organizations coming to Madrid from all over the world, to once again demand “CLIMATE JUSTICE NOW!” Although geographically separated, these events have such strong links. RWR presents them together in this space.
