This year, the UN Human Rights Council Working Group that is negotiating the Binding Treaty on transnational corporations and human rights abuses will discuss the technical elements of the future legal instrument. For this reason, the organizations that are part of the Global Campaign to Dismantle Corporate Power and Stop Impunity will come to Geneva from all continents to ensure the new instrument holds transnational corporations accountable for their serious attacks against the peoples and human rights.
